Fantastic and well rounded curation of standout bourbons

I’m still pretty new to the bourbon scene and exploring the huge variety that’s out there. One place that really stood out to me is the Whiskey Library. I am very pleased with my bourbon mystery box!

Just started trying them and off the bat the Stellum is fantastic; cherry pie with brown sugar and oak on the nose, palate is layered with chocolate, toffee, and cinnamon spice. Then finishes oh so smooth with a mild bite at the end. At 115 proof this thing will sneak up on you! Fingers crossed the Easter bunny brings me another box!

What if I hate what I get, am I stuck with it?

No. If a bottle isn't for you, tell us which one and we credit it back as store credit, up to what you paid for the box. Spend it on anything in the bottle shop, not just another box.

How do I know this isn't cheap stuff marked up?

We're not a retailer. We don't stock shelves or sell what's easy to get. We buy barrels ourselves, direct from craft distilleries and independent bottlers: single barrels and small blends. If a bottle doesn't earn its place, it doesn't ship.

Every bottle is a genuine craft pick from distilleries respected in the bourbon world, not mass-market fillers, and if a bottle doesn't hit your palate, you get credit back.

Is this a subscription that's hard to cancel?

It's a subscription, but a flexible one. Skip a month, pause, or cancel anytime before your next billing date. No penalties, no calls to make. Manage everything directly from your account.

What's the actual difference between the three boxes?

The Starter is perfect if you're new to craft bourbon or want a low-commitment way to explore: 1-2 premium craft bottles each month.

The Explorer is built for the enthusiast who wants to discover: a mix of styles, distilleries and flavor profiles, curated for range and approachability, 2-3 bottles each month.

The Connoisseur is built for the collector: barrel-numbered expressions, aged releases and distillery-exclusive picks that rarely make it onto any shelf, 3-4 bottles each month. All three are hand-selected by our curation team; the Connoisseur just goes deeper. Each box's price and its first three months of rewards are on the box cards above.

What if I already own some of these bottles?

It happens occasionally. If you receive a bottle you already own, contact us and we'll work something out. Our goal is for every box to feel like a find, not a repeat.

When does it arrive and how is it packed?

Ships in 1 to 2 business days, arrives 5 to 8 business days after it ships. You'll get a tracking link the moment your box leaves our hands. Every bottle is packed securely, and a signature is required on delivery.
