Doc Holliday

Doc Holliday is a series from World Whiskey Society, the bottler founded in 2020 by Alex Kogan and built around rare cask finishing.

The series runs on age and on European wood. In August 2025 the brand released eight and thirteen year Kentucky bourbons in Oloroso sherry and Armagnac casks, its first cask-finished bottlings. Single barrels run to fifteen and sixteen years. Sherry pushes the bourbon toward dried fig and walnut. Armagnac pushes it toward stone fruit and old brandy.
