Frey Ranch
The Frey family has farmed in Nevada since 1854. Colby and Ashley Frey started distilling on the family's 2,500 acres in Fallon in 2006, then held the whiskey back until late 2019.
Every grain in the bottle is grown on that ground. Frey Ranch plants its own corn, rye, wheat and barley, malts on site, distills on site and bottles on site. Very few American distilleries can say that. The four-grain bourbon carries the ranch's own barley and rye, which is why it drinks grainier and drier than most. Single-estate whiskey at a fair price.
