Moonlight Mayhem!

Troy Bolotnick and Charlie Flint launched Filmland Spirits in California in 2020 and put out their first whiskeys in 2022. They are a blending house that works backwards from a story. Every release begins as an original B-movie, and the poster art, script pages and trailer all come with it. Moonlight Mayhem is the werewolf picture.

The label puts distillation in Indiana and production in Kentucky, on a 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley mash. Small Batch is 94 proof and at least four years old. Extended Cut is cask strength at 115. That rye share carries pepper into a sweet corn base.
