Barrell Craft Spirits

Joe and Jan Beatrice started Barrell in 2012 and released Batch 001 in 2014. It is a blending house, buying from roughly 65 producers worldwide and marrying the barrels in Louisville with Tripp Stimson running operations.

Nothing here is diluted. Every batch goes out at cask strength, and every batch is a one-time blend, so Batch 032 tastes nothing like Batch 033. Barrell prints the states, the ages and the mash bills on the label, so you know what you bought. Find a batch you like and buy it twice.
