Hitosura Old Dominick, I was quite curious about. I am not a fan at all of it. It taste a lot like shoe polish. Extremely oily. And was just an unpleasant bottle. Tried to also make an old fashioned and a whiskey sour and it was better but for a $60+ bottle i wouldn't expect to want to make a cocktail with it

Meyer The 121 proof hits you on the first sip, the nexts few sips it mellows out and shows its complexity. I got strong cinnamon flavor which made this bourbon interesting.
