Even the first sip from the bottle is great. Very warm and coats your mouth but no bite for how strong it is!! The spice is great!

I don’t know what’s the age of it but it’s not bad. 105 proof. I smoked it with some apple chips in a wooden cup.

Very warming on the palate, with strong cinnamon notes, and a lingering finish that you really feel down your chest. For a double barrel bourbon, the char is not overwhelming.
