Cameronvanbrabant Tons of rum influence. Could have fooled me into thinking it was rum with the first sip. Given some time open it seemed to "calm down". Great banana, tropical fruit, vanilla, caramel, nutmeg, and even some tobacco. Makes an excellent old fashioned and great over ice on a warm night
