Help with the Whiskey Library app

For help with your account, bottle collection, scanning, reviews or community activity, email support@whiskeylibrary.com.

Include your app version, device model and a brief description of the problem. Do not send your password, email verification code or payment-card information.

Sign in or reset your password

Use the email address associated with your account. Signup, email sign-in and password reset use a six-digit email code. For password recovery, choose Forgot password, request a code, enter it in the app, then choose a new password. Use the newest code if you request another email.

Manage your account and privacy

Profile settings let you edit your profile, control label-photo sharing, and delete your app account. For privacy or data requests, contact the support address above. See our app privacy notice and website privacy policy.

Report a community concern

Use the Report or Block controls in the app, or email support with the relevant post or username. Avoid including private information about other people.

Orders and subscriptions

Include your order number when asking about a store purchase. Deleting an app account does not cancel a paid store subscription; manage it through your store account or contact support.
