Very Olde St Nick

Very Olde St. Nick is bottled by Preservation Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, the pot still house Marci Palatella founded on a 40 acre farm. She has bottled St. Nick for decades.

Each release is blended in lots of one to three barrels and goes out in odd bottles with hand designed labels. A batch that small cannot be sanded into a house profile, so every lot keeps its own character. Winter Maple is a bourbon and rye blend finished on maple and French oak. Buy the bottle in front of you, because the run is tiny and the next lot will be a different whiskey.
