The brand story
Seven Three Distilling
Seven Three Distilling has worked at 301 N. Claiborne Avenue in New Orleans since 2016. The name counts the city's 73 neighborhoods, and the labels take them one at a time: Bywater bourbon, Irish Channel whiskey, Gentilly gin.
Whiskey Tree is named for a bald cypress in the Honey Island Swamp where Prohibition era bootleggers met. It comes two ways, both blended in New Orleans at 100 proof. The High Rye runs a 36% rye mash bill on Kentucky stock. The Wheated comes from Indiana and took Double Gold at the 2026 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Same proof, opposite grains, so taste the mash bill by itself.
