Batch 28, The Kelvin Collaboration V, blends 7, 8, and 9-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbons and finishes them in a layered combination of Australian Mariposa Sherry casks and Anejo Dark Rum casks — a dual-cask approach that's become something of a house signature for the series. Bottled non-chill filtered at cask strength, it's a limited run of just 4,802 bottles.
