Doc Holliday 10 Years Old Bourbon Whiskey 700ml

Enjoyed nosing this. Combination of the caramel and rye spice was intriguing and unique. Finish was smooth and quite satisfying.

I respect this bourbon but I don’t love it. The sweetness hits your tongue quickly, and there’s a hint of honey and chocolate, with a lingering tobacco finish. It’s more novel to my palate than it is delicious. It will be fun to keep around for whiskey tastings with friends, but I won’t be pouring a dram to unwind on a Tuesday night.

I am not sure if I should be thanking Wiskey library, but if it had not been for them I would have never thought to try Doc Holiday, now it is my favorite go to. It is a great sipper and goes good with a cigar. The Doc Holiday has a flavor that cannot be matched, it is a must have in the bourbon class.

Nose is very strong. Not great actually but the taste and aftertaste is smooth and delicious
