Built on a 93% wheat mashbill of 100% American grain, it is double aged in American oak with a second finish in wave-stave toasted oak barrels for added complexity, then bottled at an approachable 86 proof. The bottle is topped with a cracked Liberty Bell as a nod to July 4th. Expect soft honey, red apple, and orange crème on the nose, creamy butterscotch, poached pear, and cinnamon bread on the palate, and a gentle finish of sweet charred oak and honey.
