Nose: Honey with earthy overtones, a little grain, and wet oak.
Palate: Buttercream, vanilla, citrus, but not a lot of savory notes.
Finish: Here's where the savory comes in; sweet wheat, peppercorn, fresh-baked bread, and baking spices.
Add a couple drops of water and the palate REALLY turns sweet, losing a lot of the ethanol bite. Overall, a great pour, and a great addition to the collection.
