Tequila Ocho Plata “La Mesa” 2025 is a single‑estate blanco (plata) release from Rancho La Mesa in the Los Altos region of Jalisco. The agaves are grown at altitude in sandy, calcium-rich soil, harvested at peak maturity, slow-roasted in traditional hornos, fermented with wild yeast in open wooden vats, and double-distilled in copper pot stills. This expression is additive-free and bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof). It’s part of Ocho’s terroir-driven lineup, allowing drinkers to taste the distinct character of a single agave field in each release.
