The nose opens with black raspberry, plum, and garrigue—rosemary, thyme, and a hint of licorice. On the palate it’s medium-to-full bodied and savory: dark berry, bittersweet cocoa, and cracked pepper over fine, chalky tannins and fresh acidity. The finish is long and mineral, trailing warm spice and dried herb. From the rugged foothills near the Pyrenees, Rocos showcases Roussillon’s bold fruit, Mediterranean spice, and food-friendly structure.
