Cooked in underground stone pits, naturally fermented in open-air wooden vats, and double-distilled in copper stills, this mezcal captures the soul of artisanal production. The nose offers bright aromas of roasted agave, citrus peel, and a touch of smoke. On the palate, it’s clean and smooth, with notes of herbal spice, sweet agave, and earthy minerality, finishing dry and smoky.
