On the nose, expect a bold and warm profile with rich vanilla, cinnamon, allspice, and notes of paprika and white pepper that give way to dark caramel and that hallmark Booker’s nuttiness—roasted peanut butter and dried peanut skins . The palate delivers immediate sweetness—dark butterscotch, brown sugar, molasses, and even fresh figs—balanced by waves of oak, peanut butter fudge, caramel, milk chocolate, and spicy accents like cinnamon, white pepper, and a hint of jalapeño-esque heat.
