Distilled from an 80% Texas yellow corn / 20% Texas triticale mash bill, it captures sunny Blackland Prairie character with balanced sweetness and spice at a sturdy 100 proof. Expect easy-sipping layers of vanilla and caramel over honeyed cornbread and warm baking spice, framed by polished Texas oak. Crafted, aged, and bottled entirely in Texas for a true sense of place.
