Aged approximately 5 years in the state’s dry and wind‑swept climate, this bourbon highlights the impact of rugged conditions on maturation. On the nose you’ll find browned butter, stewed apples, cola and dried dates; the palate presents cola, mixed nuts, warmed croissant, plum and lightly floral notes. The finish is long and dry, with lingering impressions of buttered crème, candied orange peel and dark dried fruit.
