Keith — a certified financial planner by trade — found himself personally invested in the mission of bringing carefully considered, small-batch spirits to Louisville after being approached for business advice by two craft distillers, and eventually purchased the business outright, quickly making it a family affair with sons Carson and Chase joining the team.
