{"product_id":"four-gate-split-stave-by-kelvin-barrel-proof-bourbon-750ml","title":"Four Gate Flagship Split Stave by Kelvin Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750ml","description":"Barrel Finished. Barrel Proof. The 2023 Split Stave by Kelvin hits at 56.5% ABV and finishes Kentucky Straight Bourbon in new American white oak casks built with alternating toasted and charred staves—Kelvin Cooperage’s signature \"split stave\" design. Four Gate, founded in 2018 and known for limited barrel-proof blends and finishes, partners with Louisville’s Kelvin Cooperage to engineer this oak-forward profile. At 113 proof, the toasted staves coax out vanilla custard and caramel sweetness while the charred sections drive deeper oak, spice, and structure. Expect a bold, flavorful bourbon that marries dessert-like toastiness with lively, spicy depth—classic Split Stave character. This annual release is limited and allocated; collectors know these Kelvin-finished Four Gate bottlings don’t linger on shelves.","brand":"Four Gate","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":54098615992515,"sku":"850014450427","price":149.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0675\/5038\/0227\/files\/studio_f12ebece-1c42-4462-bc5e-ecafe04b8380.png?v=1791565450","url":"https:\/\/whiskeylibrary.com\/products\/four-gate-split-stave-by-kelvin-barrel-proof-bourbon-750ml","provider":"Whiskey Library LLC","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
